Freeborn County Fair

Friday we visited my family in Albert Lea at their county fair. The kids had fun visiting the kiddie barn, seeing the Budweiser Clydesdales, tractors, EATING (especially mini-donuts!), Cousin Luke's 4H sheep, playing in their cousins' camper, etc. But, they'll tell you that all that they wanted to do all day was go on the rides. We had to wait till 6 PM cause their cousins had evening wristbands....mind you we arrived at the fair at 2 PM. The kids showed some good patience, for awhile. :)

Why did I beg mom and dad to ride this?

She had a nervous look on her face most of the ride. But she insisted it was a lot of fun!

Of course, Everett rode the choo choo most of the time...

He only wanted to sit up front in the engine so he could ring the bell!
