Memorial Day
We had a fun BBQ at Taid's house today with all the Meredith Family. Even Uncle Gary and Aunt Rosemary came from Iowa! The kids had a lot of fun playing ball, chasing pets, and eating lots of popsicles. Before we went to Taids, we made an annual stop in Mankato at Calvary to visit Grandpa and Grandma Brown, Uncle Dennis, and Aunt Mary's graves. The kids were pretty silly when we were there and it was tough to get a nice pictures of both of them under Grandpa Brown's tree. Some of us also went out to visit Grandma Verba at the cemetary today...hard to believe she died exactly 5 years ago today...we sure miss her and all our family that has passed away.
