Summer Fun

We've only had 3 days of summer vacation and the kids have already been pretty busy with their activities.  Claire is in the summer play again with park & rec.  She plays the ugly stepsister, a dwarf, and a pig in their production of Mother Goose Inc.  The performance is Friday, July 13th.  She is also doing fast pitch softball and has basketball & gymnastics camps later this summer.   Everett started T-ball on Monday.  He had a blast playing for the yellow tigers.  We'll have to work on dropping the bat after getting a hit and actually throwing to first instead of running the ball over and handing it to the 1st baseman. Everett, Brody, and the rest of the kids were pretty hilarious!  He is also doing park & rec soccer 2 mornings a week.  They are having a blast!  It also helps that a local wading pool is about 3 blocks from our house!
