When we arrived at the dome and walked down all those steps to the field...Everett barely took that final step down before he was on his hands and knees feeling the turf. His eyes were so big and excited and he was in awe! It was one of the most adorable things I've ever seen!
There were bouncy houses, obstacle courses, games, locker room tours, etc. And, of course, you can meet the players. In the kid autograph line they met Joe Banyard, George Johnson, Chase Ford, and Tyler Holmes. I have no idea who any of them are?? And I usually watch the games pretty closely. But, the kids were in awe...the players kept asking what EJ's name was and if he was shy...Everett was a boy of few words when he handed over his hat to be signed.
We finished up the trip to the cities by stopping at MOA for some birthday shopping for Claire. Can't believe she turns 8 next week!
