Monday was her actual birthday. A beautiful day...just like day you were born! Claire had a special lunch date at school with Meredith, cookies to share with her class, and we went out for Mexican at Plaza for supper after Everett's sporties for shorties class. The kids talked dad into getting fried ice cream for dessert. I guess you only turn 8 once!

Many happy returns of the day! I liked your name and thinking to give the same one to my newly born niece. Preparations for the welcome party of our lovely princess are done. One of the centrally located event locations is booked for luncheon and some traditional ceremony arranged by mom. Hoping for a entertaining eve.
